LYNZY LAB IS A TEXAS BASED PERFORMANCE AND VISUAL ARTIST AND EDUCATOR WHO USES HER CREATIVE WORK TO BRING AWARENESS TO IMPORTANT SOCIAL ISSUES, AND STRIVES TO PROMOTE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE WORLD THROUGH HER ART.

She is currently full-time faculty for Texas State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance throughout the school year, and spends every summer educating some of the world’s brightest and most gifted young artists at The Performing Arts Project, which she co-founded in 2011.

In early October of this year, Lynzy posted a home video recording of her original song “A Scary Time (for Boys)”, and it went viral overnight (1.5M views), landing her several public speaking and performance opportunities, including a spot on the Jimmy Kimmel Show - twice. Lynzy has also been channeling her voice through visual art, hoping to make her message more accessible by creating pieces that spark important conversations among a wider audience.
