SHANNON STRIVES TO CONNECT PEOPLE MORE DEEPLY TO THEMSELVES SO THEY CAN LIVE THEIR LIVES TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Shannon moved to Toronto, Ontario after studying Journalism at the University of Kings College and obtaining a B.A. in Theatre with Honours (Acting) from Dalhousie University. In 2009, she was awarded a Diploma in Chart Consultation from The Canadian Association for Astrological Education (CAAE).

 

Shannon has a keen interest in people and this is what drew her to the field of astrology over 18 years ago. She loves how learning about astrology can help us to be kinder and better to each other. Having taught classes for the CAAE since graduating with her diploma, Shannon has also served on their board as Vice President, volunteer manager and social convenor.

 

Following a management career in fine dining, Shannon ended up as a large scale event planner for The McEwan Group. Shannon now runs her own small business called Star Presents which offers astrological gift bags for women featuring curated items for each Sun Sign that are Canadian, direct trade, handmade and as organic as possible. 

Shannon has received training in transpersonal therapy from the Psychosynthesis Institute in CA and is qualified as a Life Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation. She has helped run astrological & spiritual retreats in various locations throughout Ontario.
