Alarey Alsip is an actress, writer & director for film and stage. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts –Theatre with Distinction from Concordia University ‘08. She has been teaching and coaching actors for the past 10 years at Geordie Theatre School, coaching privately, and she inaugurated Straeon Acting Studio’s Foundation Class. She is represented by Glenn Talent in Montreal. She joined forces with GLOL last year for the first summit at The Rialto Theatre, which was a massive success. Alarey believes that expressing yourself through storytelling allows a deeper understanding of your inner power and finding your confidence, as well as a heartfelt connection in relationships.

 

Carmen Rose Born and raised in Montreal, Carmen received a BFA in Film Studies at Concordia University before attending and graduating from the Stella Adler Acting Conservatory in New York City. She now spends her time working as an actress, improviser and children’s theatre educator here in her beloved hometown. She loves to inspire young people to break out of their shells, get silly and work together to tell stories and have fun.
